why would you bother with those children... its not like anything you do will cure them... they will only ever be burdens on society


I thank you for your reply, but you're also missing the point. My husband lost his job and we have to keep a roof over our heads somehow. I have a degree and a teaching credential therefore I am going to teach.
I also previously posted that the school district for which I teach attracts crazy parents, which is where much of my stress comes from and that I'm applying to teach elsewhere.
In short, I'm really trying to do my best and change my situation and be a better mom and wife.

Lastly, I have watched these "burdens on society" graduate high school, then college or trade school.
