I'm depressed i wanna cry, i'm thinking about stuff that's bothering me and im cold with nobody to warm me. Another day of church tomarrow and that mean's i'm gonna have to endure being in that crowd of smiley people feeling akward and pressured agin with nobody to sit with, now i am starting to tear up i got someone i'm haveing to get outta my life that i dont want to let go of and it's tareing me up inside. I really want someone that can get along with me and kissis me :( , why do i have to be alone. I just want to have love expressed to me without falling apart from it  .

At church tomorrow, try to think that you're not alone. If you're going to church, you probably believe in a higher power. Whatever that power is, it's probably right beside you.

On a more practical note, try looking around you tomorrow. See if there is another person who is sitting by themselves, regardless of age/gender/other demographic. Try sitting next to them, and let conversation happen naturally, if it does. Sometimes, it can just be nice to sit next to someone without saying a word.
Do not take my advice before talking to your doctor/counselor/other professional. Depending on where you live, you may be able to find free, confidential care. Most importantly, sometimes your shrink can be wrong. Get a second opinion.
