So, you do the exact same to her: Cut her out of your life. She might be expecting you to whine a bit to her, but don't give her the pleasure of it. You can gain the upper hand here by deleting all of her contact info and just getting on with your life. Why would you want to be friendly with such a person anyone? She has now shown her true self and it's not nice.

So I went to an appointment for a 4 week program and they told me to wait another 2 weeks. why is it always just waiting till the next appointment?

If you are unhappy with this, Ittap, then ring them up and tell them that you 'need' an earlier appointment. You have to fight a bit in this world to make ground.
