I hate how neopets keep freezing me

no it's not that attall because every time I try to log into an account they say this user has a history of rule breaking

Ok, what on earth is this Neopets site? Why is it so important to keep going back? If they piss you off, move on and find another site to get involved with. It's either that or change your IP address, make a new account and lay low under the radar while you walk your dog.

She can't change her IP address, she just needs to follow the rules lol.

and why have they got it in for me

oh and I haven't changed my IP address I don't even know how too. I created accounts on other computers and I also get people on facebook to make accounts for me.

I don't think you can change your IP, and you aren't the only one I'm sure that's getting locked out.

Forget about the IP change. You'll ultimately get the whole UK ip banned at neopets. Look, we don't know what you're doing to get your accounts frozen, but you need to cut it out. Stop breaking the rules. If you wanna keep going there, you gotta play ball.
