Hi everybody,
I have recently tried to collect my thoughts about self-help topics that work, or don't (or less), and started a blog around that - in December actually. I'm hopeful that some of it could help one of us (helps me), and I'm also keen to hear about stuff I may be missing, stuff you think is downright wrong, and maybe personal experiences. After all, I only have one guinea pig (moi), some depressed friends/family, plus what I can read in books or internet to make my case.

Kind regards - there's always hope...
Stef.

Hi Stef,
Thank you for the link, but please don't just use this website to advertise your own [website]. Instead, you should try to contribute here as much as you can.
Take care,
Kevin

Thanks Kevin,
I understand. If I can edit my own posts I will remove the link, and maybe instead invite people who may be interested to get it via pm instead. Is that ok?
If I cannot I guess a moderator can do that in my stead no? I have no issues with that at all...
Ciao,
Stef

Hi Stef,
No, you can have the link here, but just do not have it in every post that you make on this website. Do you understand what I mean? Basically, I do not want you to have 10+ posts, with your link in every single one of them.
You can now re-edit your posts here to put the link back.
Take care,
Kevin

Hi my name is Terri
I suffer from constant major depression and anxiety. I was first diagnosed in 1980..I am now 44 yrs old and am still trying to deal with this disease of the mind. I also have self-esteem problems big time

I have no friends..I wish I could feel good about myself.I came here looking for support from people who won't think that I am crazy.
