Depressed again

I was molested when I was a kid by my dad but I wasn't really a depressed kid. I used to be depressed when I was 15 after a boy attacked me. I went to therapy for it and I was on a few medications that did not work on me. I worked a lot on my outlook and being more active and I got better. I was proud to tell people how I overcame my depression without medication. Now 10 years ago, I just got divorced, failed out of college, I just feel like the biggest failure. My only option was to move in with my grandparents who didn't mind telling me that they always loved my sister more. I have no money, no friends, I just feel bad. I work at a gas station now because no one else is hiring. I can't do anything right, that's how I feel.

Hi, MandMs! Your father and that boy had no right to hurt you. Every one reacts in a different way to abuse. Maybe you will fine another job soon. You don't have to push yourself. I'm sorry your grandparents said that to you, it was cruel.
You have to take what life gives you and find a way to survive and have a little comfort, I guess. Don't give up. You've got us to talk to when you need it.
