Oh okay. D'you wanna write about your problems. It can be kind of relaxing (in its own way) to write about them.

You're welcome to write as much as you want to about your own problems. I really feel that learning to talk about your problems is the best way to overcome them. If possible, you should try to have a select few people in your life that you know you can turn to in times of trouble. These are people that you can talk to about anything.
Me? - My problems go all the way back to my childhood, around about when I was your age, in fact. Yeh, around 14, things really tarted going downhill. I'm 25 now and am only learning to cope with things now.
Kevin.
