There is such a thing as therapy burnout, when you run out of things to talk about or it is time to move to the next level.
There is apathy when we are numb to the world around us. That is a warning sign to me when I don't care anymore. It is a return to isolation and rigid thinking that got me in trouble in the first place.
Maybe meds in low-dosage could take the edge off? Would you be adverse to trying that? Many times therapy in conjunction with a mild anti-depressant/anti-anxiety med can help.
Best of luck to you.
