OP, I sure hope you are better.

Your header fits. I can't shake what I am experiencing either.

I hope everyone who is dealing with depression find relief. I mean that.

I am not sure how much longer I will be able to mask this depression. I just had another panic attack, so now I can't sleep. Go figure.

No matter what, I still trust God. I was given some very good unrelated news this morning, so that's a start. It helped take away some of the mental anguish for a few minutes.

I will eventually have to go stand on my front porch. If anyone has ever experienced a panic attack before you will know why. It feels like you can't breath.
I may not know my way right now, but I will know real soon..

Thank you. I've been trying to do yoga just to try to ease my mind, which has helped a little when I can bring myself to do it.
I'm sorry that you had a panic attack, I know how hard they can be. I really hope that you can feel better too. If you ever want to rant or just need to get stuff off your chest, you can always write on this post.

I used to come here quite often, so I thought I would try the place out again. I may take you up on your offer, and bring a little rant or two here, every now and then.

I haven't had any more panic attacks since the last one. Which was a few hours ago. After the big ones pass, the tremors follow.. Like post earthquakes tremor, for example. Still no fun, but not nearly as bad.

Glad to hear the yoga helps a little to relieve the depression. Every little bit helps!

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on here, you guys really are amazing. I actually decided to go back to therapy after I posted this and I found out that I have bipolar 2. I know I have a long way to go on my path through life but now that I have a true name for how I feel I maybe I can help the people in my life and help raise awareness so more people get the help they need before it's too late. I'm going to give college a second try and go back for psychology.

Thank you for sharing such wonderful news! Bipolar 2 can be treated with the right medication. I felt as if I would never get over my depression at one point and then I had a manic episode and I was treated for that and my depressive symptoms went away. This did not happen quickly. Bipolar, like depression is a trial and error process in finding the right meds for you. Sending good thoughts your way. :D
