Hi,
My primary diagnosis is GAD but I also suffer from depression which is quite bad at the moment. I take Venlafaxine at 300mg and Amisulpride at 200mg. What is the highest dose I can take in the UK for Venlafaxine on a long term basis? I have read 375mg but I thought a psychiatrist could prescribe higher than this? I know that doses ~600mg can be used short term.
I could up the Amisulpride but I get bad Akathasia at higher doses.
Any ideas, thanks, BM.

I have moved this post to Clinical Depression Forum, but I have also left a "shadow," which means it can be viewed by both forums. Hopefully you get more replies.
