Has anyone here been told they have flat affect? My psychiatrist wrote that in my visit summary. I guess smiling is usually a very conscious effort for me. Sometimes even when I tell myself to smile, it is difficult. Will this go away? Could it be from medication? Suggestions?

ive been told that my face has no expressions. earlier whenever colleagues would ask me to join them for a photo, i'd tilt head and feign a smile. it was fake.
i mostly avoid people.
i try to be safe and healthy then. like i'll just eat a fruit to be happy for the nutrients or a light meal like some juice.
