Psychotic depression

Does anyone else on here have depression with psychotic features? If so, when did you begin experiencing the psychotic symptoms (before your depression started? After? What age?) and do you ever experience psychotic symptoms outside of depressive episodes? I ask because I was diagnosed with this but I have some things that are atypical, like my psychotic symptoms developed before my depressive ones did and I tend to experience psychotic symptoms even if I'm not depressed. I want to know if anyone else is the same or if I'm just a weirdo lol.

yep, really relate to what you're saying. I get hallucinations before during and after mood episodes. that's why my pDoc brought up schizoaffective.
