Did you try to apply for help through the free medical governmental services? I'm not sure where you are, but they most likely exist in all countries. That's what I did in a similar situation, but after 10 years of not living home. Don't be like me, apply for help sooner. Depression has a tendency to become chronic if left untreated, the sooner you ask for help the better your chances are. Don't listen to people who say it's normal or you're lazy, most people don't know crap about depression. Your parents should've dragged you to the doctors by now, but unfortunately parents usually know nothing about it, too.

The main issue is that i'm too scared to ask for help because of my social anxiety and bdd.
I also can't talk on the phone anymore.
my parents doesn't seem to care that much either(i'm really mad at them for letting me stay this way).
don't know what to do, i really don't see an end for this.
But thanks for replying i imagine how tough it is to spend 10 years this way, hope you feel better now!

Hello,

would it be possible to send an email instead? (It is here, but I don't know about where you are...) It's handier also because you can spend as long as you want composing it.

If you don't know what to write, simply copy your original post.

Greetings!
Currently working on my upcoming signature.

In the place I live it's possible for a doctor to come home to you. It still probably requires taking your documents there first. But you can try asking your parents to do that for you. They might not realize what problems you're facing, but I found that words like "psychologist", "psychotherapist" work very well on people who don't understand anything. Especially parents. They tend to become hopeful that it helps you and they tend to want to help you see these people.
