Hey, Daniel.

Unfortunately I have no information on any of this, but I will say that here in the UK, the NHS are seriously lacking when it comes to providing support and antidotes for those with Depression and Anxiety. it's more about the 'serious' disorders, the psychosis, the personality disorders. I feel as though they're almost losing care and hope for those with 'minor' problems that present as symptoms in place of disorders themselves. I've personally been dealing with this hell of a roller coaster for a majority of my life, but it was around age 13 where my depression started to decline and deteriorate; moving onto much bigger problems that now, at 17, seem to have no end to them.

Hopefully things can be put into place and we're able to better the mental health support for those in need of it. I'm lucky to be at such an age in this generation - we have MUCH better mental health service now than before, which means better treatment at a younger age, this supposedly helps prevent mental disorders from worsening, better therapy > the sooner = less chance of younger patients developing 'severe' mental disorders. lol.

I see the logic, but It's almost as though it's all or nothing; they either try too hard or not enough.
