So for a while now it's been getting harder to do things. I can't study or do daily self care things like washing.

Hi,
sorry to hear that it's not going so well for you

Is there a trigger? I noticed your nickname, is winter perhaps a bad time for you? I find it really hard coping with the short days and lack of daylight.

Thanks for the reply. No there's no trigger, my name is just a game of thrones reference. That said I haven't seen much daylight in a while I might try making a point of seeing the sun a bit more.

Have you tried the daylight lamps? I thought they were a gimmick but they actually work. What I did was getting up, switching the lamp on, making my breakfast, eating it, checking the news all while the lamp was on, I didn't stare at it, it was enough that I could see it with the corner of my eye. It helped me through a very dark and long winter.
