Not depressed, was detached from emotions my whole life, discovered self-awareness, taught myself how to feel. Don't know where to go from here. What have any of you guy's done when you overcame depression if you have, I'm new to all this. Am I supposed to assume that people can just connect automatically like everyone else does and build friendships from there?
Also with connections and support, I believe depression can be overcome if you take the chance to learn and study life philosophy, idk. Maybe having hope and faith in yourself.
