I have been diagnosed with Clinical depression and had gone through suicidal tendencies and such, but for the past 2 years I have been doing pretty okay! However, I recently broke up with my long-time boyfriend and I relapsed with suicidal tendencies and since that moment I've been struggling feeling good at all. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you

Hi puffled, welcome to the forums.
I'm sorry to hear you haven't been well. I don't think there is a sure-fire easy way to stop being depressed (otherwise this forum would only have tumbleweeds and cobwebs on it). I would definitely suggest you get in touch with a psychiatrist (maybe the same one as two years ago?) and/or therapist. They can help.
Bear in mind that a break up is a pretty devastating thing to happen to anyone (big hug). So there is a chance your brain just fell into old rut and recreates old reactions and with time it will get better by itself -- once you pass the five stages of grief. But if you are feeling suicidal I would definitely suggest you consult a doctor. If it gets really bad, and your suicidal feelings are getting hard to control, go to A&E. I can't diagnose you or tell you what to do, but doctors can.
Big hugs again if wanted. I hope you feel better soon.
Currently working on my upcoming signature.
