My heart hurts

My heart literally hurts from the sadness. My whole chest hurts, it's hard to breathe. I don't know how much longer I can do this.

It sounds like you're in a tough place to be. I wonder if you're judging yourself harshly? Maybe you did your best, even if it worked out badly?
