i have lunch for the sake of it, am always alone...its like i dont want anyone or anything off late. everything is so dead. n i dont think i'll even get better.

I completely understand how you are feeling, jaus. I've been feeling this way for a while and it can be very tiring. I know that it can seem really bleak when you're in this state of mind and it seems like you'll never recover, but you can. Are you undergoing treatment for your depression?

This feeling of internal death is something I'm familiar with too... It's awful. Especially if you lose the ability to enjoy things. You should look into certain medications prescribed by a psychiatrist. The SSRIs are first-line but I think that they make things worse if taken for more than four years (the "deadness" has essentially taken over my life and I would wish it on no one else). A good medication for that "dead" feeling is bupropion, but again, I really hope you are able to get some treatment.

I wish you the very best.
Current meds: bupropion, lamotrigine, fluvoxamine, gabapentin, trazodone, picamilon (supplement), fish oil (supplement)

In response to your previous response when you were replying, I think that it's okay to be sedentary at times. But since it's depression we're talking about here, I completely understand. Before I say anything else, what do you feel about living a less sedentary life? I'm not saying just go from a low point and start brisk exercise or anything like that. Taking little steps at a time with doing things that you feel liking doing would be the best thing to do.

By the way, I'm sorry if I mess anything up when replying to you or anything. My brain has been feeling fried too and sometimes I won't read things correctly.
