Hi sorry to hear about your symptoms coming back. Since they've came back, have you tried anything to help yet? My depressive symptoms are returning after a year or so hiatus, and one thing that's really helped me is that I've made myself set goals. Nothing extreme, just little things to help my mind remember I have a reason to get out of bed and, when I get really bad, a reason to live. Part of depression is focusing on the symptoms of your depression and sometimes putting that focus elsewhere takes away a bit of the suffering. Maybe trying to figure out why some of the symptoms are returning can also help you figure out ways that work for you. If you do decide medication, talk therapy would go well with it; depression isn't all biological, a lot of it is mindset. Talk therapy could work on its own as well, depending on how severe your symptoms are and what you feel is best for you.
