I'm sorry for writing this.....

Postby Mina77 » Thu Oct 05, 2006 6:49 am

I know this is stupid but, I just have the compelling urge to write something and not the patience to explain what I want to say. I know this is pointless. I'm just alone and don't have the patience or willpower to sit still long enough to type out my long and expaserating(sp?) story; Just kind of going through the motions of trying to vent, which doesn't seem to be going to well. I know this pointless, sorry. :?

twisted

the mind being so twisted up that you can't think, cna't do anything, it's one of the worst feelings ever, you need to rest, rest gives your mind a chance to process everyhting that happens when you are awake, so when you loose sleep, it hurts you, and so sleep, be peace.

I agree, sleep is great. If you're having trouble sleeping, take 25-50 mg of diphenhydramine (Benadryl, Sominex) and lay down in a comfortable position in a quiet room if possible.

If you don't want to go the chemical route, there is a herbal remedy called Melatonin that works great.

We all have melatonin in our bodies, it increases to bring sleep on, so taking the natural supplement works well, and you wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy.

This stuff sounds wonderful. Dose it make you feel good when you wake up? I used to have sleepy problems but not the only one i have is that when i wake up i feel like i just got the $#%^ beat out of me even my mouth and throat feels like some one burned it.

Mina77 i know how you feel i feel it ALL the time. My advice to you is to just try to get things out even if you hate it try to interact with people on here.

for sleeping~ not a natural remedy  but ambien works awesome for me. Not the ambien CR, that hangs on and you need to be able to sleep at least 8 hrs. I think, but just ambien. It only stays active for about 4 hours and works extremely fast. I have trouble just getting to sleep, if you have trouble stayng asleep maybe you want the CR.

So~ Mina 77, how are you and do you have the patience to share your exasperating story yet.

((((((M77)))))) hope it is better.
