Can you help me tonight?

Postby wretched1 » Wed Aug 06, 2014 3:04 am

I usually post in the bipolar forum because I am diagnosed bipolar. For the past year plus I have been dealing with severe depression. A large part of it is situational. I am medicated and in therapy. Tonight; however, alone tonight which I have not been in years. Usually at least some of my children are home with me. I am feeling very low. I feel like my heart is so broken it can not possibly break anymore. I know though that each day brings new pains and challenges. At times I wish I could move forward but fear a life marred by my misfortune will daily be less worth living. I am not currently suicidal but I see no escape from this abyss. I've heard it will get better but that's not what I need tonight. I'd say I need a friend but I know I won't find that here. Maybe just a listening ear and some understanding will help?

I guess it's late where you are now, I ust finished vacuming and have to go get groceries later on it's the late morning for me:). But I can relate to how you feel. Evenings and nights where I have to be alone are the worst for me.

What are you doing right now? Anyting to keep your mind of this negativity? I usually put on a soothing film for me. Something nice, sweet or maybe a childrens movie. They subsitute my depressive feelings with the feelings the movie takes me through.

Funny how we live in such different parts of the world, in different part of the day.
