Is it truth that in doses above 300 mg it starts to produce dopamin?

It doesn't produce anything. It only affects how your brain uses the neurotransmitters that are already there.

Replying to the person above, it is corret: Effexor doesn't produce dopamine, it makes the existing dopamine to hang around longer.
But yes, it does.
it's like this:
1mg-150mg: Serotonin -> 150mg-300mg: Norepinephrine -> 300mg and onwards: Dopamine.
Maxes what it does with serotonin at 150mg, then maxes what it does to norepinephrine at 300mg, then it probably maxes dopamine at some point.
