I got an appointment to see the doctor for depression and I feel liked there's a chance im not even really clinically depressed. i feel like i might waste the doctors time. i feel like i might be judged for using it as an excuse.

"Funnily" (there's nothing funny about it) this is one of the symptoms of depression... Big hugs. The doctor will tell you whether you need to worry or not -- that's what they are there for.
