anyone help

Hey, i suffer with clinical and reaction depression , i also have an anxiety disorder. Doctors say im borderline schsoprenic and suffer with touches if ocd. Do you know how old i am ? I am 21 in sept and i suffer with all these mental health problems aswell as problems with my health.. im on 7 tablets no5 including pain relief.. my anxiety is so bad i cant stand beibg in groups and have to keep looking around me as i feel like someones is going to attack me or rob me, when ever i walk in town I look behind me 24/7 ..i have no life .. im really low in my mood with the anxirty and depression, i get into ocd sperts when this happens.. i have self harmed in the past and i have badly scratched at my arms to the extend where im covered in bruises cant touch my arms .. i dobt have alot of friends that understand this only one.. evrryone else ends up not wanting anything to di with me and then make uo stories and that ends up making my depression worse.. my phyciatrist doesnt listen to me and keeps ptting me on new tablets when i want ti get of serequel and put back on mirap.. the serequel makes me so freaking suicid ely its no joke i will have to be with someone or else i would do myself some serious harm .. anyone else out there that feels the same ?
