Good idea Angel, writting I find helps me alot- Amy do you write?

When I was at my lowest point as a teen I used to write poems, even though when I re-read them they are really sad and depressing, but it helped to release all those negative feelings.

Hope you are feeling better tonight.

Yeah I find that I get more creative when I'm depressed. I draw and write poetry. I'm actually working on a few things right now. Thanx for the advice guys. I'm doing a little better today. Still bummed though. Thank you for your concern :)

Do you feel better once you're able to write it out on paper?

Hey Amy,
I'm glad that ur feeling a little better today (one day at a time! Hopefully soon you'll feel a lot better), and I'm glad that writing poetry and drawing helps you to get out negative feelings. I know what u mean about being most creative when in a depression- it's the same with me. And I must say, you're an AMAZING poet!!! I love reading your work. :D
Keep on doing what you have to do to make yourself feel better. You know that we're all rooting for you and that ur in our thoughts!
*big hugs!*

Sometimes it makes me feel better and sometimes it frustrates me more. The way I feel is so complicated that it is hard to put into words. That can be annoying sometimes. Drawing helps, but even with that it drives me nuts if it is not perfect! But I do tend to be more creative and that is what gets me going.

I know I can understand it.
When I write- especially my poems that I used to do when my depression was at my worse I am shocked with out sad my poems are whenever I re-read them.

However though I was glad that I was able to put my feelings into words, almost like a release.

Yeah but like I said it can be annoying to me too, because it is not always easy to put my feelings into words and still make it sound good. So this is when I just put it aside for a while :D
