Lexapro and Issues? *could be triggering

I'm think about asking to be taken to the hospital today because I've been having hallucinations and weird things happening to me lately. It's only been a couple weeks since I started lexapro and now I believe that I'm experiencing rare side effects. With both lexapro and my other AD trazodone.
-I've been having trouble breathing sometimes
-Increased suicidal thoughts and tendencies
-Images becoming warped
-Hallucinations
-Increased heartbeat
-irritability
-feelings of emptiness
-hard to swallow?

I'm very worried but I don't know if I should be as worried as I am? I guess I should be considering that I can't breathe as normally as I once did.
Thoughts? x
