I was just going to mention the the big low energy problem i have but i also have bad anxiety that i think contributes to it.. And I even take an energy supplement to try and combat it.. But it still catches up with me. Its like to do 'anything' is a great effort, its like pulling teeth. I'd rather just sit around most of the time. I lose my passion about things quick, so everything seems pointless. And i think when i try to take something for energy, it also makes my anxiety worse. So its quite a lose-lose situation.

I know how you feel. Even the idea of brushing my teeth or showering seems like an incredible feat. I put a lot of things off, but things I have to do like showering, I try to at least make "fun". I play some music, light a nice candle, etc. Anything to make it a little more bearable.
I can't take most energy supplements, because the caffeine (or similar substances) make my anxiety worse, too. I wish I had some input about that, but I haven't really found anything that helps me with low energy. I mostly just deal with it (i.e. don't do anything all day) or force myself to do it.
