Racing suicidal thoughts? Should I admit myself?

I am very glad I found this post. I have been looking all over the forum trying to find someone else who has racing thoughts. I have them also and they are brutal. Have you tried an antipsychotic medication? This will REALLY help. An antidepressant alone won't do anything for this.
