Treatment of depersonalization disorder?

I heard that it was treatment-resistant, so does that mean there's no way of over-coming it? I've been suffering from this for months. If anyone has any treatments let me know.

I believe they treat this like someone having DID through psychotherapy also sometimes with a combination of psychopharmacological and psychosocial treatments
