thought seperation/thought derailment

hi ive been suffering from the feeling thaat my thoughts are not mine like they are not happening/like im not thinking them. i was wondering if this is part of DP or something else. I get very depersonalised a s a result of this, but primarly my thoughts, scare me/ feel very disturbing but wihtout any content.

Hi, widesize! It sounds like depersonalization to me. It has to do with feeling like what you are experiencing isn't happening to you or like it's not real, I think.
How long has this been going on? Can you see any one about it?

If I felt that way, (not in control of my thoughts) I would get very upset too. :roll:
I dont know what I would do. I would help myself.

I would will see what my mom and my doctor thinks. You might have done that already.
