I'm wondering if anyone else with depersonalization has experienced blurry vision. I've wondered for a while if there's anything wrong with my glasses. I can't check by putting off my glasses because I hardly see anything at all without.

When I first experienced depersonalization I thought that it was my vision going bad. Or at least I was trying to convince myself of that, because it was obvious that there was more than just "odd vision" to it.
However it came to me that no matter how "bad" my vision appeared to be, it was only an illusion since I was still able to read signs from very far away, and distinguish a lot of details when looking at things directly.
After a while of experimenting with the odd vision, I realised that it was not so much similar to myopia but more tunnel vision. As if I had no peripherical vision anymore. The weirdest is that I could still distinguish things in my peripherical vision, but it was as if my brain didn't acknowledge the existance of things there.

I never got blurry vision per see but when depersonalization got really strong everything appeared 2D and flat and I got an odd fragmented effect which could be compared to blurry vision, but it was not quite the same.

Yes, it's not quite "blurry" as such, at least not like myopia. When I look more carefully at something in particular, I still see it in the same detail, and yet it feels like there's some kind of "noise" in my vision. I can't quite define it, but it's agitating.

I know what you're saying actually. I'll make a picture in photoshop and send it to you via PM on monday. Macropsia and micropsia could also be possible things, both of which I personally suffer from...along with other drug-induced visual disturbances.
