Very rarely like after I drink alcohol or play a game for too long on my phone.
I feel as everything is not real, that things have to render around me kind of like how in a game you get blur. Also my head would feel weak, this takes 2 weeks at most.
But I have to constantly remind myself that this is real, and don't do crazy $#%^ when this happens.
Also the doc could't find anything I got tested after a week this happened cuase I was playing a game just for some couple of hours..which effects me for a week??
Anyway, I don't know if it is depersonolization or if it is indeed biological more so.
I do try to stay away from my drinking craving.

I've had depersonalization disorder for 4 years and from my view this sounds very like depersonalization. My depersonalization is also a lot worse when I drink. I'm only 16 so I don't have loads of experience with drinking and everything but if drinking sparks your symptoms maybe try to steer clear or only drink small amounts. Something that I find helps is writing about your symptoms or drawing them. It doesn't have to make sense but sometimes it is nice to let it out. Also, sometimes you just have to accept that sitting at home for a day may be better than forcing yourself through your symptoms. That being said, try not to let your symptoms take over your life. Remember, you're in control. I know that is much easier to say than think. When you next feel depersonalized, ground yourself, try pinching your arm or playing with a rubber band, something to distract you. It is uncomfortable but hopefully won't last. I hope this helps!
