Aging Alters & Team work

Just curious about the ages/growth stages of other people's Alters..

Our system has a few mains, a few littles, tweens & at least 1 young adult plus a number of introjects.

In the process of naming (some) of them today, we attempted to allocate come ages.

Now, the ages of the mains were easy. Some of the littles were too. But some of them have aged since they were first recognised in the system..

Like Tilly for instance. She came in our system at 8 years old. She is 8 years old. but she's so wise beyond her years, that she supruses me with her insight. We kept fluctuating between the ages of 8-12.. But she identifies as an 8 year old.

Some of the introjects however, came into the system at 5 years old. But they are 40 year old men. That feels.. Unusual..

Some of the Alters like T.Dee & T.Dom are fictional characters who have never aged.

Do your alters age? Are any older then your mains? Having Introjects older then our mains is concerning to us.

Second question.. Do you ever experience numerous active alters at once? Like sometimes when we are trying to make a decision or I (the observer) ask one of the alters to handle that specific situation.. Sometimes I get more then 1 in on the act.

Some of them have built nice little networks with each other. Almost like they have their little clique's.

Anyone else experience that?
