When I feel like I can feel nothing, I'll start with small tiny thing..

Feel:
- Air around me..
- Wind around me..
- Sunlight (the best choice)..
- Flora and Fauna around me..
- Insects...
- Sand..
- The one that I love..
- the food that I like...
- many many more...

Heart/brain is the thing that we use to "process" our feel, the direct and real "feeling" is not by the heart nor the brain, but the very basic things, our EYES, EARS, NOSE, MOUTH and SKIN... When my "heart and brain" cannot "feel" anything, I always go back to basic... again, learn from the basic..^_^..

Fire --> feel ---> hot
Sunlight --> feel --> bright
Animal --> feel with heart ---> lovely
Plants --> feel with heart ---> nature

There are many things in this world that u can feel, it is just your choice on whether u want to do it or not..^_^..

Cheer up!!! for now and forever!!
