I've noticed for a long time now with my dp/dissociation that I'll always end up in a reversed sleep schedule, or a "day/night reversal", meaning that I sleep through most of the day and am up all night. I also notice however, that when I am on this schedule, I can function better through the rest of the day from when I wake up. I can think clearer and my dp/dr symptoms seem less pronounced. Anyone else experience this or the reversed sleep schedule with their dp/dr? If not does anyone know what it might mean as to why I'm experiencing this? Is it a sign of something worse than dp?

Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm very curious and I was just wondering, is it possible you feel less anxious at night for any reason? What's different about night and what do you like about it/ is there anything you dislike about the daytime?

I have had something simimlar happen. When I was on night shift I felt much better during the day after I would sleep in the morning. Now that I am on day shift I can't sleep at night, never have been able to easily, and feel sluggish all day. I just think I am not a morning person.

Yes I have a similar problem, I have heard it has something to do with DP, that it is closely related to sleep and sleep intake and can change its intensity depending on the how much sleep one has gotten.
