The feeling of DP, being constantly mentally spaced out and not really in my body, dissociation, etc. seems to increase the days/weeks before I begin menstruation. My anxiety is also high and I experience fatigue. I know this seems like T.M.I, but I want to know if it's normal? Does anyone else with a period experience this? Could hormones cause it? I couldn't find anything really pertaining to this subject when I did research.
I know it gets worse during this time because when I'm don't have PMS, my anxiety/depression (I was diagnosed with BPD) and DP/DR has gone down to just happening occasionally through therapy and medication. Should I mention this to my doctor?

It /sounds/ like you think it increases with PMS and so it does. There's no harm in mentioning it to your doctor, though. Dissociation can of course increase in stressful situations, and if you're anxious/fatigued before menstruating, it's probably that rather than hormones.
