Life is a fantasy, dreams are reality and lack of identity.

We don't know how to see DR/DP happening in the brain but there must be something physical going on to have such a perception. Some kind of physiological difference that we don't know how to see or measure yet. I'm not saying it's caused by a physical disease (although it could be and certainly some physical conditions can cause depersonalization), but that there is something different happening in a depersonalized brain.
