Recently during a psychotic episode, I opened up to one of my friends about feeling numb for several months and it not going away. She told me that getting an ice cube and squeezing can help you not feel numb anymore. Considering that I'm ready to get out of this, I'm willing to try this but I currently can't do that because ice isn't available at my house yet. Has anyone tried this method and if so, does it work? Feel free to recommend other methods to help numb feelings go away, too.
