Last week I went to the beach and there were a lot of people there. I felt like I was in a video game among a bunch of fillers (fillers are extra people or characters that take up space in a video game). It was extremely uncomfortable.
In this fleshly tomb I am buried above ground.

Hmm...
You could test out the mechanics in the video game.
Or stop going to the beach.
Or make an effort to interact with the fillers. Maybe they will help you to break the illusion if you give them a chance to reveal themselves as real people. If they all turn out to be Agent Smith, just try to dodge really fast.
No diagnosis, lots of opinions, and a bunch of issues that I haven't quite figured out.
