I know i been posting much, and im sorry if im anoiying.
Yesterday me and my boyfriend saw some movies before we went to sleep, but after we watched them all a fear grabbed me. I know this has happend before. I feel very afriad and the need to hide. So i took som medicene for anxiety and went to bed really close to my bf.
Does anyone know what causing this?
Is this the movies? cos my fear isent from anything speciall just fear in general.
Thanks for your answers

Hey, Topso! Maybe the movies triggered you about something painful. I'm glad you have your boyfriend. Don't worry about posting too much, that is what this forum is for.

Thanks.
Yeah you right, maby they did. Not a nice feeling though. The only thing is movies never touched me before, i chould see almoste anything, and me and my Friend would watch "bad horror movies" as we called them all the time. But i think your right maby some bad memory come up without me even knowing and making me afriad.

It's possible that something else that might have happened might have triggered you and that is just when the feelings came out. It's ok, I get triggered too, without realising it sometimes.

Maybe you were thinking about what you and your bf was going to after the movies. The fear of not knowing whats going to happen might of been the problem

It sounds like you had a panic attack (though you may be aware of this already; if so, sorry for the redundant info); you might want to read up on those. As for why it occurred at that particular moment...well, I couldn't say without knowing more about the movies and about your situation.
