Anyone else here extremely dependent on family?
I am 30 and absolutely terrified of losing my parents because I don't feel like ill ever be able to completely be an adult and take care of myself for the rest of my life without having parents around or available.
Its led me to such a severe depression that I am completely shut down and dissociated . It's a big mess.
