I am very sad

I am in a very sad state.i feel so low and keep breaking down.I am married and its not working out.I see no efforts coming from my partner's side.Moreover first he forced me to quit my job and now everyday i am told that he is giving me food shelter and money and that he is in this marriage just out of humanity.I feel so bad.Please someone help me.I am getting shattered.

heyy you replied my post and it really helped me. I am sorry to know that you are having problems with your marriage. why did he ask you to quit your job? can you get it back or find another job? Do you think he cares for you or is he behaving like this because he is going through rough times? I don't think you should torture yourself because of this. Either try to work things out with him or take a break and he might want you back and respect you or leave him. You deserve the best remember? And don't get depressed instead try to find a solution to this problem. I know easier said than done... but try not to feel sorry for yourself. I hope this helps. Feel better.

Please contact a women's shelter for help. This man is a classic controller. First they isolate you physically, socially, financially and then emotionally batter you - physically beat you, eventually. He wants to make you entirely dependent on him so he can abuse you and you won't be able to leave. There is nothing wrong with you. Please get out and get a job again and get counseling so you won't fall for this routine again. If you are married, seperate now.
