I have done my own research on supplements to decrease my anxiety and help regulate my mood. As suggested by a psychiatrist I met with, and based upon my own research, I began taking approx. 2600 mg of EPA (omega 3 fish oil) and 400mg of magnesium glycinate chelated. I take 1/2 at night and 1/2 in the morning.

I feel that it has help me to stabilize my mood better. Not sure if this helps, but you could do your own research or consult with her doctor.

Yes, I have read some research on omega 3 reducing relapses.

Definitely any supplements anyone takes should be under the supervision of their doctor.

And no one should go off meds without their doctor's say so. It is clear you know this.
