Sunnyg, please keep going.

I noticed your thoughtfulness in commented on my plight with dealing with my wife's DD (or DD-like symptoms...she hasn't been diagnosed and I'm not a Dr.).

But more importantly you seem to be a bridge between people (like me) who struggle to understand DD, and those who have experienced it... your writings help me and probably others grasp the situations we are dealing with as those affected directly or indirectly by DD.

Hey,

I've just spent a good few minutes reading all of that and it's a whole new side of you that I was never previously aware of. You are free to post about your psychotic episodes, if you believe that it will help you. No-one is going to judge you any more or any less here because we all have 'strange' things going on in our heads. What I'm saying is: We'd understand.

Oh, I love cooking too.

Hi,

Yes, I contradicted myself, didn't I. There may be a compromise here though: If you don't feel comfortable posting out in the open, then would you consider sending me PM about it?; or - perhaps even better - you could just write it out on a sheet of paper and, afterwards, discard the paper.

I might try the latter suggestion for my own thoughts, in fact. I wouldn't feel comfortable telling anyone about them, but I'll probabaly end-up blurting them out to someone during my next 'mental breakdown' (if there is to be one).

Sunny,

FWIW, I read your writing and I want you to know that I do not judge you for anything you wrote. You did not devolve into world without morals - you were sick, it is a simple as that. I would not judge the person who is, for instance, incontinent due to physical illness and this should be no different. You accepted the fact of your illness, you are getting treatment and you shouldn't have to be ashamed of anything.

I do not judge my husband either although his behaviour hurts enormously. He is sick. Unfortunately, I don't think he will be lucky enough to ever realize that.

I received and read your PM and have replied to you. I see no ugliness in it at all, by the way.
