Serious Problem? Prank?

I'm 24 years old. I live in Kansas. I had a one night stand in a nearby city about 4 years ago.

I lost communications with given person I had an encounter with. I have been hearing things from others such as "you have a daughter" etc.

Next thing I know there are new neighbors next door, they have a youngling probably 3 years of age. Sometimes I can hear her screaming from my bedroom. I can also hear yells directed at me, such as "what are you going to do" and "we did the same thing to you!".

I am under the belief that they are raping and beating a young child. Even worse, the child may be mine. I told the authorities but they labeled me as crazy and wanted me to go see a therapist. It is breaking my heart and my soul to think that people would do something so inhumane and have such little regard to the value of the little one's life. Whenever I post my location online asking for help they say "good job, you are a sex trafficker" and "we are going to beat her even harder". Her safety is my concern at this point. My neighbors are seemingly very hostile ,,

They tell me that they are going to move her and that I will never know where she is going to go. They tell me that I am a neglectful father. I asked the cops if I should go see for myself and they specifically told me not to go to my neighbors house. I want to believe that I am being pranked or imagining things but it is too difficult.
