Help for family

Hello, my Son who is 31 was diagnosed 18 months ago although has suffered since his teens, he is still living at home with my wife and myself (unsuprisingly).
My wife and myself would like to ask if there are any support groups in the North West of England that we can attend. Life is very hard and we are looking for some support.
