Please tell me I'm normal

Postby O-OAlex » Mon Jun 13, 2016 3:55 am

For years now, I've always been making up stories in my head. I create a person, and become them. It's gotten to the point where I'm not sure who I am or whether other people are real or not. I start thinking that I do have two twin boys or that I'm pregnant to this loser's kid. Or I'll make up stories about the people around me and then I'm not sure if my best friend really did have a younger brother who died at 4 of leukemia or if my ex really did rape me. I get so confused in the realities in my head and this reality that I can't tell anything apart and it scares me. I don't want to be crazy, please tell me this is normal. And if it isn't, how an I fix it?

It seems like you have a lot of alone time. Maybe if you spent less time thinking thoughts to yourself and more time interacting with others, you will become less crazy and less stressed over your introversion

but I would assume you to be normal

Of course nowadays many of them having same problem, the best solution is we muct involve in some good things like laughing, meditation, yoga, but we fail to do those things. and also we spent more times with our liked ones, it makes us happy and avoid our tension.
