Should I call police?

This was posted to the forum of "Significant other, friends and family" a while ago with no replies. I would like to try it here and hope to get some suggestions. -Thank you.
==============================
My wife has DDJ developed 6 years ago. They have a family history. I have been through extreme pains living with her in the past years, and now things are getting worse. She changed the lock of the front door and did not give me the key. She reset the garage door code and unplugged the power every day after I leave for work. When she is not home, I am not able to get in the house. I did not want to divorce until my daughter finishes her college in three years, but it is really getting tough now. She keeps watching at the electrical service box all the time and set all the circuit breakers off. So I have no power, no light in my room. And she also cuts off the wi-fi whenever I am home.

I want to ask if any one has experienced similar problem and indeed called the police to "warn" the party to stop doing all kinds of stupid things. If so, does the police's demand useful on the party's behavior, or how long could the police's words keep effective? On the other hands, I don't want to see the police take her away and put her in the involuntary institute. I don't know if I should call the police or I simple should find an apartment somewhere else?

Thank you for any advice.
