... with regards to being a diagnosed Bipolar II /Schizoaffective / GAD / SAD person. When I am going through a phase where I'm experiencing negative auditory hallucinations and I become extremely antisocial and consumed with paranoia, what would be my best types of medications that I can request from my physician?

I'm a male in my 40's.
